Specializes in tax issues and other public legal regulation of business activities.

Its many clients include multinational corporations, large and medium-sized foreign and local companies, financial institutions, government agencies and local authorities. Tatiana participated in numerous transactions in various sectors of the Kazakh economy, including oil and gas, mining and banking sectors, construction, production, supply and distribution of electrical energy, industry and agriculture, telecommunications. Advises on transaction planning, business structuring, transaction execution, particularly on tax implications and risks associated with transactions. She also participated in transactions on projects related to the creation of new production facilities and, among other things, advised on the provision of investment preferences in the implementation of such projects.

Tatiana advises clients on a variety of legal issues that arise in the course of their activities, including corporate, labor issues, issues related to personal data, obtaining licenses and permits, taxation and reporting, and other issues of Kazakh legislation.

  • Large international pharmaceutical company – consulting on business restructuring in Kazakhstan, development of various strategies in terms of corporate, labor and migration, tax legislation, analysis of tax consequences associated with each option;
  • A foreign company – a car manufacturer – consulting on the application of customs and tax legislation regarding the payment of VAT using the offset method when placing imported equipment in a temporary storage warehouse with the subsequent registration of the customs procedure for release for domestic consumption;
  • Bombardier Inc. – consulting on labor legislation of Kazakhstan and its application, development of personnel documents;
  • A large French equipment manufacturing company – consulting on labor legislation in Kazakhstan and its application, preparing transfer documents for employees;
  • Pierstone , a law firm from the Czech Republic – preparation of a legal review of the regulatory framework of Kazakhstan for the regulation of cloud technologies;
  • Canadian clothing manufacturer advising on Kazakhstan’s e-commerce rules and the application of such rules to sales through a global e-commerce platform.
