M&A, antitrust regulation

We understand the key role that mergers and acquisitions play in scaling a business, combining the experience accumulated over the years and the potential of the acquiring and joining companies.

We support clients on a wide range of issues, from domestic transactions to the largest and the most complex cross-border transactions. With a wide network of partners from leading foreign law firms, we work seamlessly abroad, which enables us to meet all the needs of mergers and acquisitions without the need for a long and complex search for foreign lawyers or specialized firms.

In mergers and acquisitions, the hardest work often begins after the deal closes. Our team is focused on long-term impact, and therefore actively cooperates with clients even after the transaction is completed to support their integration efforts. Our extensive experience provides significant value to clients in planning, building, executing and managing key post-acquisition business and legal processes.

With deep industry knowledge and global experience in leading the largest, the most high-profile and complex transactions, we enable our clients to make informed decisions, reduce risk and maximize the opportunities that arise from merger or acquisition synergies.

An important aspect when conducting mergers and acquisitions is obtaining consent from the antitrust authority, and in some cases also from the authorized state body in the field of subsoil use. We accompany clients during negotiations, preparation of necessary documents until obtaining the necessary consents.
