Ms. Vataeva is an advocate, a member of the Almaty City Bar Association, a partner of the Legit Advocates’ Bureau and an associated partner of ADM Valner. She has an extensive experience in criminal cases related to white collar crimes. In particular, in her practice there is an acquittal on charges of fraud on an especially large scale, brought against a business owner in the context of an attempted raider takeover of this business.

Ms. Vataeva also has extensive experience in representation in courts of various levels and arbitrations in economic disputes, pre-trial settlement of disputes, appealing court decisions.

Before starting her private practice, Ms. Vataeva held positions as head of a law firm, as well as senior positions in various organizations.
