Contract Law

The contract is the driving force of any business. Thanks to contracts, oral agreements with clients, suppliers or partners turn into obligations, which are then converted into money. Errors in contracts can be costly, systematic errors in contract work can even destroy a business.

We support clients at all stages of the contract life cycle, from the beginning of negotiations to fulfillment of obligations. By analyzing contracts, we strive not only to find risks, but also to present effective solutions to eliminate them. Our specialization is complex agreements that regulate the relations of the parties for many years, including those subject to foreign law. With a wide network of partners from the leading law firms on the planet, we are able to carry out a full examination of such contracts, which enables us to satisfy all the needs of clients without a long and complex search for foreign lawyers or specialized firms.

We are convinced that the true value for the client comes not from single consultations on particular contracts, but from reliable long-term support regarding the organization of contractual work. Well-organized processes eliminate the risk of signing a contract with unfavorable conditions. We develop and implement risk-based processes related to contractual work, including template contracts, the terms of which reliably protect the interests of clients and can be used repeatedly for many years.

Having deep expertise in the areas of antitrust regulation and subsoil use, we help our clients build contractual processes taking into account the restrictions provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for subsoil users and natural monopolies.
