Avaskhan Asanaliyev is a Partner at ADM Valner. Prior to joining ADM Valner, Avaskhan worked at international law firms, such as Norton Rose Fulbright and White & Case. In addition, Avaskhan has gained in-depth experience in various industries while he worked in private and state-owned companies as an in-house counsel.
Avaskhan’s professional experience covers cross-border and domestic M&A transactions, project finance and banking finance. He also advises strategic investors with respect to the establishment of joint ventures, the acquisition and sale of equity or assets of subsoil use companies as well as public and private securities placements involving oil producing ventures. One of his main areas of expertise is consulting on infrastructure projects, including Public Private Partnership projects and project finance.
In addition, he advised clients while conducting due diligence in the oil and gas and mining sectors and assisted in drafting of various transactional documents for acquisition of assets in Kazakhstan.
