Daniyar Mussakhan is a Partner at ADM Valner LLP. Prior to joining ADM Valner, Daniyar worked at international law firms as Macleod Dixon and Norton Rose Fulbright.
Daniyar mainly specializes in the sphere of corporate law and corporate finance law. Knowledge of peculiarities of Kazakhstan commercial law and regulatory practice, legal aspects of investment and project financing enables Daniyar to advise clients on a variety of matters related to corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, capital and debt markets, financial instruments. Over the last decade, Daniyar has advised international financial organizations such as IFC, EBRD, Eurasian Development Bank and other western banks and investment companies on their lending projects in Kazakhstan.
Following the current mainstream in the economies connected to the digital technologies and its booming market, one of Daniyar’s specializations is IT sphere. He has been advising the technology companies on constantly changing Kazakhstan legal environment for IT products and solutions, issues related to the personal data storage and its cross-border transfer.
