Kamil is a Partner at ADM Valner. Prior to joining ADM Valner Kamil had been practicing for eight years within the international law firms: Macleod Dixon and Norton Rose Fulbright.
Kamil has a wide range of experience in advising the local and foreign companies from the various industry sectors on the full spectrum of corporate, commercial and contractual law matters. Kamil provides the comprehensive legal support on the full range of mergers and acquisitions, assists the clients in obtaining all necessary regulatory clearances, including the consent of antimonopoly body on economic concentration and approval of the competent body in the sphere of subsoil use on transfer of subsoil use rights and objects connected therewith.
Kamil’s practice area also includes advising the clients on the challenging antitrust and competition matters, and representation the clients in litigation and dispute resolution processes.
