Tatiana is Managing Partner at ADM Valner. Prior to joining ADM Valner she was a partner at Norton Rose Fulbright from 2012. In addition, she gained her experience working at such international law firms as Coudert Brothers, Chadbourne&Parke, Macleod Dixon.
Tatiana has advised clients since 1996. She has extensive experience in advising on key aspects of Kazakhstan law and has provided counsel to multinational corporations, small and large foreign and local companies, finance institutions, government agencies and local state authorities.
Tatiana participated in numerous merger and acquisition transactions in different sectors of economy in Kazakhstan, including oil and gas, banking, mining, agriculture and industry, information technologies, telecommunication, consumer goods. She advised on the structuring, strategy, and execution of such transactions. She led a number of due diligence reviews related to merger and acquisition transactions and drafted and negotiated the relevant sale and purchase agreements.
One of her specialty includes legal support of various infrastructure projects carried out by means of public private partnership projects. Recently she leaded a team of associates to advise the Akimat of Almaty city, being the local state authority, and EBRD in relation to the Almaty Light Railway Transport public private partnership project.
Tatiana has provided counsel on various legal aspects of their business operations in Kazakhstan, including corporate, operational, financing, licensing, permitting, employment, personal data, security, reporting and tax issues.
